Client Services Representative
Position will work Mon-Fri 8-5 Pay $10-13/HR DOE Job summary Client Services Representative builds and maintains relationships with our clients in order to promote our products and services. Part of the duties will consist of taking a consultative approach with clients to discover opportunities for direct and indirect sale opportunities. The Client Services Representative trains our clients on the use of our online services, audits their satisfaction as well as motivates the repeat usage of our products and services. The Client Services Representative will be available to assist the clients with any issues they might have. A professional attitude is the key for this role. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, must have an outgoing and engaging personality, "SAAS" experience, and must be very customer focused. Summary of essential job functions Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Meets with Account Executives and/or management to discuss strategic objectives and critical milestones in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations Coordinates the involvement of personnel in order to produce revenue opportunity from accounts in the form of referrals, cross sells, up-sells, or additional product sales Handles complaints, inquiries, and suggestions and works diligently to provide resolution Meets assigned targets for renewals, sales, referrals, and strategic objectives in assigned customer accounts Understands and uses CRM (currently to input customer information so that activity can be tracked, forecasted, and reviewed Identifies product improvements or potential new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors along with listening to assigned customer feedback Maintains professional and technical knowledge for targeted industries through training, reviewing professional publications, web research, and speaking to industry experts. Represent at industry events and other special occasions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
